Job Title: Farm Supervisor

Combining leadership competence with agricultural expertise, the Farm Supervisor will play a vital role in managing our daily farming operations and ensuring that all farming activity is providing maximum output and efficiency.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Coordinating daily farming tasks, such as planting, harvesting, feeding, and maintenance.

• Supervising and training farm laborers and ensuring a safe working environment.

• Inspecting farm structures and equipment regularly, arranging repairs as needed.

• Enforcing safety regulations and farm policy, implementing corrective actions as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Farm Management, or related field.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a farm management role.

• Strong knowledge of farming best practices and market trends.

• Ability to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
