Job Title: Civil Defense Attorney

We seek a competent, hardworking, and trustworthy Civil Defense Attorney to join our legal team. This position involves representing and defending our clients in civil lawsuits, responding to complaints, strategizing defense tactics, and advocating for the client’s rights. The role requires stellar courtroom performance, the ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, and a solid track record in civil defense cases.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Investigate the facts and build a strong and convincing defense
• Represent clients in court and conduct trials
• Write legal documents and prepare pleadings
• Consult with clients on legal rights and obligations
• Maintain confidentiality and attorney-client privilege
• Keep up to date with legislative changes that may affect your clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• A current state license to practice law
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to think creatively in high-pressure situations
• Proficient understanding of civil law procedures and courtroom advocacy.

Necessary Experience:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

• Extensive courtroom exposure and knowledge of civil proceedings.
