Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Practical knowledge of laws related to wildlife, fisheries, and environmental protection.

  • Strong leadership qualities and abilities to work effectively in team settings.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Monitoring wildlife, and enforcing regulations regarding fish and wildlife.

  • Contributing to the planning and development of conservation projects.

  • Aiding in educational programs concerning nature, ecological balance, and animal protection.

  • Conducting regular visits to wildlife areas, collecting data, and making necessary recommendations.

Necessary Experience

At least 2 years of experience in the field of conservation would be advantageous, especially holding a prior role as a Conservation Agent.

Additional Requirements

  • Be physically fit, able to endure various weather conditions, and capable of carrying equipment up to 30lbs.

  • Hold a valid driver's license.
