Job Title: Junior Architect

We're seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about architecture and design to grow professionally while working on a diverse range of projects. The Junior Architect will work under the supervision of an experienced Architect, assisting with all facets in the creation and implementation of architectural designs.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Support Senior Architects in the planning, designing, and overseeing construction of new buildings and alterations to existing structures.

• Prepare sketches, models, diagrams, and architectural renderings for presentation to clients and stakeholders.

• Ensure project specifications, safety standards, and deadlines are met.

• Contribute to all stages of project development, from conceptualization to final implementation

• Participate in site visits to monitor project progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.

• Strong understanding of architectural principles and theory.

• Proficiency with CAD software, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max and other relevant design tools.

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

• Ability to interpret and execute architectural plans and sketches.

Additional Requirements:

Applicants must be willing to travel for site inspections and client meetings. Additionally, all applicants must have a valid driver’s license.
