Job Title: Marketing Event Planner
We are on the hunt for a competent Marketing Event Planner. You will be in charge of giving outstanding customer service and organizing memorable events that meet the intended goals and expectations both creatively and consistently. Must be able to expect project needs and discern work priorities. If you are competent in multi-tasking and have good communication skills, we'd like to meet you.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Plan event aspects, such as venue, design, and guest list
Coordinate event operations
Identify the clients' requirements and expectations for each event
Ensure events are successfully executed from start to finish
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as an Event Planner
BSc/BA in PR, marketing, hospitality management or related field is preferred
Outstanding communication and negotiation ability.
A knack for problem-solving
Customer-service orientation
A team player with leadership skills
Necessary Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role is a must
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Decisive and critical thinking skills
