Job Title: Freelance Event Planner
Our team needs a Freelance Event Planner with exceptional multitasking skills who are ready for a challenging and rewarding role.
Qualifications and Skills
You will be expected to meet with clients, organize memorable experiences, scout and book locations, food, entertainment, staff and clean up.
You must have a love for special event management, provide outstanding customer service, and be an enthusiast for hands-on work.
Manage a client portfolio of major brands and companies as well.
Having a proven track record as an Event Planner or Coordinator is required.
A qualification in Event Planning or Project Management would be advantageous.
Responsibilities and Duties
Conducting initial client consultations to gain an understanding of their event expectations and needs.
Developing event strategies, designing event plans, and ensuring proper implementation.
Coordinating with vendors.
Handling logistics.
Maintaining records.
Managing event budgets.
Providing post-event reports.
Experience
A minimum of 2-3 years experience in the event planning industry is required for this role, as well as a strong background in customer service. The potential candidate must also be able to demonstrate a successful track record of event planning and coordination.
