Job Title: Landscaping Engineer

We're seeking an innovative and experienced Landscaping Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will create and refine designs that combine beauty and harmonious functionality for our client's outdoor spaces. You will also manage and supervise implementation processes to fulfill our commitment to high aesthetic quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop comprehensive plans and 3-D models that show the layout of trees, shrubs, flowers and hardscape features such as sidewalks, decks, and other outdoor structures.
Collaborate with clients, architects, construction professionals and other staff members to implement and maintain the approved landscaping plan throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage and supervise landscaping projects, ensure materials and resources are available when needed and work is completed on time and on budget.
Identify and address any problems or challenges related to the site or resources promptly to avoid project delays.
Ensure the landscaping designs and structures align with environmental protection standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field is required with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in landscape design/development.

Skills and Competencies:

Proficiency in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for creating landscape designs.
Solid understanding of soils, plants, trees and other materials used in landscaping.
Excellent time management and project management skills to juggle multiple projects at once.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate any issues or challenges that arise during a project.
