Job Description: Molecular Biologist

Job Summary/Objective:

We're looking for a highly competent Molecular Biologist to join our team at [YOUR COMPANY NAME]. The successful candidate will conduct scientific research, primarily focusing on molecules and their behavior. You will take the lead in studying genetic material, biochemical interactions and conduct cell research in order to understand the broader implications at an organism level.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Qualifications:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field is required. A Master's degree or a Ph.D. in a relevant field would be considered as an advantage. Previous professional experience working as a Molecular Biologist or similar role would be highly beneficial.

Skills and Competencies:

• Extensive experience in utilizing various laboratory equipment and tools (e.g., microscopes, centrifuges).

• Excellent observation, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Robust data collection and interpretation skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as independently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
