Job Title: Warehouse Picker
This role is essential in maintaining the smooth and efficient operations of our warehouse, with responsibilities that include picking and preparing orders for shipment, monitoring inventory levels, and taking part in overall warehouse organization.
Responsibilities and Duties
Performing daily order selection with the use of a hand-held scanner.
Packaging and wrapping selected items securely for transportation.
Verifying picked orders match the customer’s request and checking for any inaccuracies.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
Reporting any discrepancies or issues to the warehouse supervisor promptly.
Qualifications and Skills
High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Proven work experience as a Warehouse Worker or similar role.
Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment will be considered as an advantage.
Strong organizational skills.
Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy items.
Excellent team player with a commitment to safety.
Additional Requirements
Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test.
The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
