Job Summary/Objective

The primary function of the Food Service Consultant will be to lead our clients through a transformational journey to enhance their food service operations. This person will be responsible for conducting food service assessments, creating strategies to improve the overall operations and delivering training sessions for the food service staff.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ food service operations to identify areas needing improvement.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the client's overall food service operations.

• Deliver staff training sessions to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience.

• Stay updated with latest food service industry trends and best practices and incorporate these into client strategies.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline, and have at least 3 years of experience in a food service leadership role. Prior consulting experience and a certificate in Food Service Management will be advantageous.
