Event Planner Contract

This Agreement is made and entered into this 15th day of January 2054, by and between [Your Name] (hereinafter referred to as the "Event Planner"), and Jackson Events (hereinafter referred to as the "Client").

I. Scope of Services

The Event Planner agrees to provide event planning services, including but not limited to, venue procurement, coordination of catering, entertainment, and logistics for the "Grand Gala Celebration" scheduled for May 15, 2054.

II. Payment

The Client agrees to pay the Event Planner a total fee of $8,500 in consideration of the Services. The fee is structured as follows:

Initial Deposit for $3,000 on February 01, 2054.
Midway $2,500 Payment on March 15, 2054.
Final $3,000 Payment on April 30, 2054.

III. Terms and Termination

This Agreement shall commence on the date of execution and shall continue until the day of the event unless otherwise terminated by either party with a written notice. In case of termination, the party terminating the agreement should provide a 30-day notice to the other party.

IV. Confidentiality

Each party must keep the confidential information of the other party and any affiliate of the other party confidential, except to the minimum extent necessary to perform its obligations under this Agreement.

V. Indemnification

Each party (the 'Indemnifying Party') shall indemnify the other party (the 'Indemnified Party') against any loss suffered by the Indemnified Party as a result of any act or omission of the Indemnifying Party or its agents.

VI. Limitation of Liability

Neither party shall have any liability to the other party for loss or damages arising from a failure to perform any obligation under this Agreement.

VII. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed following, the laws of Colorado. Any disputes arising out, of, or in connection with this Agreement, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colorado.
