Free Football Contract

Contract ("Contract") is made effective as of [DATE], by and between [Football Club Name], a professional football club organized and existing under the laws of New York, USA, having its principal place of business at [Football Club Address] ("Club"), and [Player's Name], an individual player, residing at [Player's Address] ("Player").

1. Term of Contract

The individual who is performing as a player accedes to the terms and conditions stipulated, of which one of the main requirements includes fulfilling the previously determined performance objectives and standards. The specific goals and criteria that the player must meet are meticulously determined by the individuals who are operating as the coaching staff, as well as the personnel who are responsible for managing the Club.

6. Additional Benefits

The Club shall provide the Player with additional benefits such as:

1. Accommodation: The Club shall provide the Player with furnished accommodation during the term of the contract.

2. Transportation: The Club shall arrange and cover the cost of transportation for the Player to attend training sessions, matches, and official club events.

3. Medical Insurance: The Club shall provide comprehensive medical insurance coverage for the Player, including coverage for injuries sustained during training and official matches.

4. Gym and Fitness Facilities Access: The Player shall have access to the Club's gym and fitness facilities for personal training and conditioning purposes.

5. Nutritional Support: The Club shall provide nutritional guidance and support to ensure the Player maintains optimal physical condition throughout the season.

7. Termination Clause

This Contract may be terminated by either party upon written notice by the terms of:

1. Mutual Agreement: The contract can be terminated by mutual agreement, with written consent from both parties.

2. Breach of Contract: Either party may terminate for material breach, after providing written notice and allowing 30 days for remedy.

3. Force Majeure: Termination allowed if either party is unable to perform due to force majeure events, with written notice.

4. Injury or Illness: The club may terminate if the Player's long-term injury or illness prevents duty fulfillment for 90 days, with written notice.

5. Retirement or Career-Ending Injury: The contract automatically terminates upon the Player's retirement or career-ending injury.

6. Unilateral Termination: The club reserves the right to terminate for Player misconduct, subject to fair process and club rules.

7. Financial Insolvency: The player may terminate if the Club faces financial insolvency or bankruptcy, with written notice.

8. Consequences: Upon termination, parties settle financial obligations and return club property per Contract terms.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Contract shall be resolved by the procedures of:

1. Negotiation: Parties attempt resolution through good faith negotiations.

2. Mediation: If negotiations fail, either party may initiate mediation.

3. Arbitration: The dispute proceeds to binding arbitration if mediation fails.

4. Legal Action: Legal action may be initiated if arbitration doesn't resolve the dispute.

5. Costs: Each party bears their costs unless otherwise agreed or awarded by the arbitrator or court.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement will be directed, governed, and interpreted according to the laws of the State of New York, USA. It is agreed upon and understood by all participating parties that the legal parameters of this Contract are to be fully compliant and compatible with the laws set forth by the legislation of the State of New York.

The individual who is acting as the Player in this agreement consents and agrees to the condition of upholding and preserving the confidentiality of any sensitive or confidential information that becomes disclosed or known to them by the Club. This agreement persists during the length of their engagement under this Contract and continues to apply indefinitely beyond the termination or end of this Contract.
