Coach Contract

This Head Coach Employment Contract Agreement is entered into this [Day] day of [Month, Year], by and between [Your Name], an [Your Company Name] incorporated under the laws of [State of Incorporation] with its principal place of business located at [Your Company Address] "Party A", and [Coach's Full Name], an individual with a residence located at [Coach's Address] "Party B" individually referred to as the "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."

1. EMPLOYMENT

Party A officially and formally engages Party B, employing them specifically in the capacity of the head coach for its professional football program.

2. TERM

The term of this Agreement will commence on [Start Date] and will continue through [End Date] unless earlier terminated as provided herein.

3. SALARY

As full compensation for all of Party B's services under this Agreement, Party A shall pay Party B a salary of [Salary Amount] per year, payable in equal installments on the [Payment Date] of each month.

Party B agrees to devote full time, energy, and best skill to the duties of the position of head coach, including but not limited to training, strategizing, mentoring the team members, and maintaining high standards and discipline among the team members at all times.

5. PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

Party B's performance will be reviewed regularly against reasonable and mutually agreed objectives including team performance, team discipline, player development, and success in local, regional, national, and international competitions.

6. TERMINATION

This Agreement may be terminated by either Party in case of any material breach of this Agreement or in case of failure to meet the mentioned performance expectations.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

Each Party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other Party from any claims arising out of any action or failure to act by such Party during the execution of his duties under this Agreement, or precluding his employment.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the [Jurisdiction] without regard to its conflict of law's provisions.
