In this role, as a Restaurant Server Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and training servers, coordinating reservations, meeting customer needs, and working with kitchen staff to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and Duties

Supervise and train restaurant servers, ensuring efficient and professional service at all times.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize service speed and ensure the highest quality of dishes served.

Qualifications

A minimum of an Associate's Degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management is essential for this role. Previous server experience, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment, is necessary. Management or supervisory experience is highly beneficial but not a must.
