Job Title: Gifted and Talented Teacher

The Gifted and Talented Teacher is responsible for the execution of engaging, innovative, and differentiated instructional strategies that foster advanced-level learning. The instructor will identify gifted students, devise individualized academic plans, and mentor them to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities and Duties

Identify gifted and talented students through standardized assessments and personal observation.
Design and implement personalized and challenging academic programs for identified students.
Create a vibrant and stimulating learning environment that encourages creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Engage in regular professional development to stay at the frontlines of gifted education.
Work closely with other teachers, parents, and community partners to support the holistic development of our gifted students.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, a Master's degree is preferred.
State-issued teaching certification with an endorsement in gifted education.
Substantial teaching experience, especially in a similar role, is desired.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
