BASIC QUITCLAIM


I. Introduction

This Inter-Spousal Quitclaim Agreement is entered into on [Date], by and between [Your Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Grantor," and [Grantee's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Grantee," collectively referred to as the "Parties."

II. Background

In accordance with the divorce decree dated [Date], between the Grantor and the Grantee, it has been decided to divide jointly owned real estate properties. This Quitclaim Agreement facilitates the transfer of ownership rights from one party to the other as per the terms outlined herein.

III. Property Description

VII. Execution

The Grantor hereby warrants and represents that they have full authority to convey the properties and that the properties are free from all encumbrances except as otherwise stated in the divorce decree.
