Msa Contract
This Master Service Agreement(MSA) (the "Agreement") is made and entered into this 21st day of March 2050, by and between [CLIENT'S NAME]. ("Client") with the address [CLIENT'S ADDRESS], and [YOUR COMPANY NAME] ("Provider") with an address of [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS]
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Client will provide timely feedback and necessary information to facilitate the completion of the project.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights arising from the performance of the Services by the Provider belong exclusively to the Client.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information received from the other party during the term of this Agreement.
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties.
7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement embodies the entire agreement between the Client and the Provider regarding the subject matter hereof.
