Film Production Contract
This Actor Engagement Contract (Contract) is made on [Date] (the Effective Date), by and between [Your Name] with a mailing address at [Your Address] (hereinafter, the "Producer"), and [Actor Name] with a mailing address at [Actor Address] (hereinafter, the "Actor").
1. ENGAGEMENT AND SCOPE
The Producer hereby engages the Actor, and the Actor accepts the engagement, to render exclusively acting services for the Production for the Term Period stipulated herein, barring any extenuating circumstances or Force Majeure events.
All roles, responsibilities, duties, and services that the Actor is obligated to fulfill throughout the Term Period are outlined in the Schedule of this agreement.
2. COMPENSATION
As full consideration for the Actor's performance of all obligations hereunder, the Producer shall pay to the Actor the total compensation package as outlined in the Schedule of this agreement.
3. TERM AND TERMINATION
This Agreement commences on the Effective Date and ends upon the completion of the Production or earlier as provided by the Agreement.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY
The Actor agrees to keep all information regarding the Production, including this Agreement, confidential unless expressly permitted by the Producer in writing.
5. INDEMNIFICATION
The Actor shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Producer against all claims resulting from the Actor's breach of this Agreement.
6. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled through mutual negotiations or by arbitration.
7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement contains the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
