Dog Contract
This Contract is entered into between [Your Name] (the Breeder), and [Dog Owner Name] (the Owner), collectively referred to as the "Parties".
1. AGREEMENT PURPOSE
This Breeding Agreement and Dog Service Contract (Agreement) sets forth the terms and obligations for the provision of dog services and the rights to breed the parties’ respective dogs.
2. IDENTIFICATION OF THE DOGS
The male dog, owned by the Breeder, and the female dog, owned by the Owner, are identified below:

3. BREEDING TERMS

4. DOG SERVICE FEES

7. BREACH OF AGREEMENT
