Horse Boarding Contract
This Horse Boarding Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into this 21st day of March 2050, by and between [Your Name], of [Your Company Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Stable," and [Owner Name], of [Owner Address], hereinafter referred to as the "Horse Owner."
1. DESCRIPTION OF HORSE
The horse to be boarded is described as follows:

2. BOARDING FEES
The Horse Owner agrees to pay the Stable a monthly boarding fee of $500, due on the first day of each calendar month. Any payment not received within seven (7) days of the due date shall be considered late, and a late fee of $50 will apply.
3. SERVICES
The Stable agrees to provide boarding services, including but not limited to daily feeding, basic medical care, turnout, stall cleaning, and facilities access. Any additional services requested by the Horse Owner will be subject to an additional fee.
4. RISK OF LOSS
While the Stable will exercise reasonable care for the Horse, the Horse Owner acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with boarding, as well as those related to the horse's natural behaviors, such as running, jumping, bucking, biting, kicking, or bolting. The Stable shall not be held liable for any sickness, disease, theft, death, or injury suffered by the Horse while under its care.
5. VETERINARY CARE
The Stable reserves the right to call a veterinarian for the Horse, at the Horse Owner's expense, if conditions warrant. The Horse Owner is solely responsible for all veterinary care and related expenses incurred for the Horse.
6. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
Either the Horse Owner or the Stable may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, upon providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Horse Owner shall arrange for the Horse's prompt removal from the premises. Failure to remove the Horse within seven (7) days after termination will result in the Stable arranging for its removal at the Horse Owner's expense.
