Ghostwriting Contract
This Ghostwriting Contract (Contract) is made on [DATE] between [Your Name] (Ghostwriter) and [Client Name] (Author) collectively referred to as the "Parties".
1. Services to be Provided
The Ghostwriter agrees to assist the Author in producing a written work (Work) according to the terms outlined in this Contract. The Ghostwriter and Author agree to work together to complete the Work following the following guidelines:

2. Author's Responsibilities
The Author will provide the Ghostwriter with all necessary information required for the Ghostwriter to complete the Work, including initial concepts, guidelines, and any required research materials.
3. Compensation
The Author agrees to pay the Ghostwriter PAYMENT for the Work. The Author will pay the Ghostwriter a nonrefundable deposit of DEPOSIT upon execution of this Contract-. The remainder will be paid according to the following schedule: PAYMENT SCHEDULE.
4. Confidentiality
The Ghostwriter acknowledges that they may be privy to confidential information in the course of completing the Work. The Ghostwriter agrees to keep this information confidential unless written consent is provided by the Author.
5. Ownership and Copyright
Upon receipt of full payment, all rights of the Work including copyright and ownership rights will belong to the Author.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice to the other party. Upon termination, any payment due for work already completed but not yet paid for shall become due.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of STATE and any disputes arising under this Agreement will be adjudicated in STATE.
