VI. EQUIPMENT AND RESOURCES

Software: Access to licensed development tools provided by the Company.
Resources: Employee to access project repositories and documentation stored on the Company's cloud server.

VII. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Compensation Package: Monthly salary of $5000, health insurance coverage, and eligibility for annual performance-based bonuses.

VIII. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

Conditions: Termination may occur in case of prolonged absence without prior notice or repeated failure to meet performance expectations after a corrective action plan.
