Soccer Contract
This Contract is made effective as of [DATE], by and between [YOUR NAME], of [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS] hereinafter referred to as ("the Player"), and [CLUB'S NAME], of [CLUB'S COMPANY ADDRESS] hereinafter referred to as ("the Club").
1. Term of Contract

2. Position and Duties
