Group Coaching Contract
This Group Coaching Contract is made and entered into as of [Effective Date], by and between [Your Company Name] having its principal place of business at [Your Company Address], represented by [Your Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Coach" and [Client's Company Name], having its principal place of business at [Client's Company Address], represented by [Client’s Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Clients".
1. Services
The Coach agrees to provide professional coaching services to the Clients as described in the "Empowerment Mastery Program". The program is intended to provide the Clients with a meaningful group coaching experience according to the highest industry standards.
2. Terms and Conditions
The term of this Agreement shall commence on [Start Date] and will continue until [End Date] unless earlier terminated by all applicable laws and the provisions set forth herein.
3. Fee and Payment
The Clients shall pay the Coach a fee of $500 on or before the 1st of each month for the coaching services
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree that all information shared during the coaching sessions will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the written consent of the party providing the information.
5. Indemnification
Each party agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the other party for any loss, damage, or liability arising from any breach of this contract.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this contract at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Clients will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid in advance for services not yet provided.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [Country/Region].
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract shall first be attempted to be resolved by negotiation between the parties. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute may be resolved through mediation or arbitration in [Arbitration Location].
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Coach and the Clients and supersedes all prior understandings, written or oral, relating to its subject matter.
