Free Video Contract

This Video Contract ("Contract") is entered into on [Date], by and between [Your Company Name], with its principal place of business at [Your Company Address] ("Producer"), and [Client's Name], with its principal place of address [Client's Address] ("Client"). Hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties."

Scope of Work

1. Producer agrees to provide video production services for the following event:

• Description of Event: [Wedding/Conference/Concert]

• Event Date: [Date]

• Location of Event: [Venue]

2. The services shall include but are not limited to:

• Filming of the event from [start time] to [end time].

• Editing and post-production work to create a final video product.

• Delivery of the final video product to the Client in the agreed format(s).

• Any additional services agreed upon by both Parties in writing.

Responsibilities

Producer's Responsibilities

• Provide skilled personnel and necessary equipment for filming and production. Ensure timely arrival at the event(s) and adherence to the agreed schedule. Maintain professionalism and discretion throughout the filming process.

Client's Responsibilities

• Provide necessary access to the event venue(s) for filming purposes. Ensure that relevant permissions and permits for filming are obtained if required. Cooperate with the Producer to facilitate the smooth execution of the video production services.

Compensation

Client agrees to pay Producer the sum of [Total Amount] for the video production services outlined in the Scope of Work section.

Payment Schedule

• Initial Deposit: The Client shall pay an initial deposit of 50% of the total contract amount upon signing this Contract, amounting to [Amount]. This deposit is non-refundable and is required to secure the booking of the video services for the specified event(s).

• Second Payment: The Client shall pay the second installment of 25% of the total contract amount, amounting to [Amount], no later than [Date], [Number of Days/Weeks] before the scheduled event date(s).

• Final Payment: The remaining balance of 25% of the total contract amount, amounting to [Amount], shall be due upon delivery of the final video product(s) to the Client, no later than [Date].

Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of full payment, all rights, title, and interest in the final video product(s) shall be transferred to the Client. Producer retains the right to use excerpts of the final video product(s) for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Confidentiality

Both Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information disclosed during the term of this Contract. Producer shall not disclose any proprietary information of the Client without prior written consent.

Termination

Either Party may terminate this Contract with written notice if the other Party breaches any material term and fails to remedy such breach within [Number of Days] days of receiving written notice thereof. Upon termination, Client shall pay Producer for any services rendered up to the date of termination.

Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by and construed following the laws of [Jurisdiction].
