Lodger Contract
This Lodger Contract ("Contract") is entered into as of this May 10, 2050, between [Landlord's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Landlord," and [Lodger's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Lodger,"
Engagement
The Landlord, who owns the home, has voluntarily chosen to lease an additional room located in their main house, intended for use by a person termed as the Lodger. The main purpose of this set-up is to provide the Lodger with affordable accommodation by offering this room at a fair and budget-conscious cost.
Term
This contract will officially become valid and enforceable from the [Start Date] and will continue until either party decides to terminate it. The terms for ending the contract are stated within the parameters and conditions outlined in this document.
Work Allocation
The Landlord shall provide the Lodger with access to the rented room and common areas of the residence. The Lodger shall utilize the rented room respectfully and adhere to any rules or regulations set forth by the Landlord regarding the use of the premises.
Compensation
In consideration for the accommodations provided, the Lodger agrees to pay the Landlord the sum of [Monthly Rent Amount] per month, payable in advance on the [Payment Due Date] of each month.
Rights and Obligations
The Landlord reserves the right to enter the rented room and common areas of the residence for inspection, maintenance, or other necessary purposes.

The Landlord shall provide reasonable accommodations and ensure that the premises are in a habitable condition throughout the term of this Contract.
Termination

Confidentiality

Governing Law

Entire Agreement
