Wales Occupation Contract
This Wales Occupation Contract ("Contract") is entered into on [insert date], by and between [Your Name], with its principal place of business located at [Your Company Address], hereinafter referred to as the "Employer," and [Employee's Name], residing at [Employee's Address], hereinafter referred to as the "Employee."
I. Employment and Duties
The Employer hereby agrees to employ the Employee in the position of [Job Title]. The Employee agrees to diligently and faithfully perform all duties and responsibilities assigned by the Employer, including but not limited to :

II. Term of Employment

III. Compensation

V. Confidentiality Agreement

VI. Non-Compete

VII. Termination

IX. Entire Agreement
This Contract constitutes the entire contract between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous contracts and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
