Free Business Release of Liability

I. Introduction

IV. Release and Waiver of Claims

The Releasor hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue [Your Company Name], its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and any other participants acting under its permission or authority from all liability to the Releasor, his/her personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any loss or damages, and any claim or demands therefore on account of injury to the person or property or resulting in death of the Releasor, arising from or related to the activities covered by this Agreement.

V. Indemnification

The Releasor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasee from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney's fees, that the Releasee may incur due to the participation in said activities by the Releasor, whether caused by negligence of the Releasor or otherwise.

VI. Severability

Should any provision of this Agreement be held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

VII. Acknowledgment

This Agreement expresses the complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter and supersedes all prior proposals, agreements, representations, and understandings. This Agreement may not be amended except in a writing signed by both parties.

The Releasor acknowledges that they have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms. The Releasor further acknowledges that they are signing this Agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by their signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
