SHORT TERM VACATION RENTAL CONTRACT
SECTION 1. PARTIES

SECTION 3. RENTAL PAYMENT

(f) Party A reserves the right to enforce the cancellation policy as stipulated in the agreement, maintaining consistency and fairness in handling cancellations.
SECTION 6. HOUSE RULES AND AMENITIES
Party B agrees to follow Party A's house rules and use amenities/services as per the Rental Agreement.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the peace and privacy of neighbors during these hours. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Designated smoking areas are provided outside, and all cigarette butts must be properly disposed of in provided receptacles. No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Rental Agreement. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed to stay overnight is as specified in the Rental Agreement.
