VEHICLE RENTAL CONTRACT

SECTION 6: LIMITATIONS ON USE
Lessee agrees that the vehicle will not be used: for transporting illegal goods, for subleasing, or for participating in any illegal activity.
6.1 Prohibited Activities
Lessee must refrain from using the vehicle for the transportation of illegal goods or engaging in any illegal activities, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and obligations.
6.2 Subleasing Restrictions
Lessee is strictly prohibited from subleasing the vehicle to any third party, maintaining sole responsibility for its usage and condition throughout the lease period.
SECTION 7: MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
The Lessee is obligated to properly maintain the vehicle at their own cost during the length of this Vehicle Rental Agreement.
7.1 Regular Maintenance
The Lessee must ensure routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks are performed as recommended by the manufacturer to keep the vehicle in optimal condition throughout the rental period.
7.2 Repairs and Damages
In the event of any damage or malfunction, the Lessee is responsible for promptly notifying the Lessor and arranging for necessary repairs, ensuring that the vehicle remains in a safe and operable condition as per the terms outlined in this agreement.
SECTION 8: RETURN OF VEHICLE
