This Release of Liability ("Release") is entered into on [Date], by and between [Your Name] ("Releasor") and [Recipient's Name] ("Releasee").
I. Background
Releasor and Releasee are parties to a rental agreement for a residential property located at 123 Main Street, Anytown, USA, 12345. II. Release of Liability
