I. Party Details

II. Terms and Conditions

By participating in any horseback riding activities. Releasee voluntarily agrees to the terms and conditions, accepting personal responsibility for any resulting harm or damage.

The possessions I carry during the activity such as personal items, jewelry, and clothes, among others will be under my responsibility.
I understand that horseback riding is an inherently dangerous activity and may result in serious injuries or harm. I willingly assume the risks involved.

III. Liability Release

The individual being released ("the Releasees") agrees that they will not hold me accountable nor legally liable, should I, unfortunately, encounter any form of injuries, harm, or personal damages that may arise as a direct or indirect result of my active participation in the activities that primarily involve horseback riding.

Furthermore, in the event of my death, this agreement, and all its implications, still stand as binding on any individuals who legally stand as my heirs or assigns, as well as any legal representatives that may act on my behalf.

IV. Acknowledgment of Understanding

I acknowledge that horseback riding is inherently dangerous and involves risks that may result in serious injury or death. I understand that the activities may include, but are not limited to, riding, handling, and being near horses.

I have been informed of the potential risks involved in horseback riding, including, but not limited to, the risk of falling off the horse, being kicked or stepped on by a horse, or any other injuries resulting from the behavior of the horse or other participants.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to follow all instructions provided by the stable's staff and to wear appropriate safety gear, including helmets and boots while participating in horseback riding activities.

V. Assumption of Risk

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in horseback riding activities. Its owners, employees, instructors, and volunteers (collectively referred to as "Releasees") will not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of my participation in these activities unless caused by the gross negligence or intentional misconduct of the Releasees.

I understand that I have the option to seek independent legal advice before signing this Release of Liability and that my participation in horseback riding activities is entirely voluntary.

VI. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any claims, actions, suits, demands, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with my participation in horseback riding activities, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.

VII. Severability

If any provision of this Release of Liability is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the agreement, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
