Private Lifeguard Release Of Liability

I. Parties Involved

This Private Lifeguard Release of Liability (the "Release") is entered into as of [Date], by and between [Client Name] (the "Participant") and [Your Company Name] (the "Lifeguard").

II. Background

III. Waiver and Release

V. Indemnification

The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Lifeguard and the Lifeguarding Company, and their respective agents, employees, officers, and directors, from and against any claims, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to the Participant's involvement in lifeguarding activities.

VI. Acknowledgment of Understanding

The Participant acknowledges that they have carefully read this Release of Liability, understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions. The Participant further acknowledges that this Release of Liability shall be binding upon the Participant, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

VII. Governing Law
