I. Parties Involved
This Restoration Release of Liability ("Release") is entered into effective [Date], by and between [Client/Property Owner's Name], located at [Client's Address] ("Client") and [Your Company Name], located at [Your Company Address] ("Contractor").
II. Recitals
WHEREAS, Contractor has been engaged by Client to perform restoration, repair, or renovation activities on the property located at [Property Address] ("Property"); and
WHEREAS, Client desires to release Contractor from any liability related to damages, issues, or claims arising from the restoration work performed by Contractor on the Property.
III. Release of Liability
3.1 Waiver and Release: Client hereby releases, waives, and discharges Contractor from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to the restoration, repair, or renovation activities performed by Contractor on the Property.
3.2 Scope of Release: This Release includes, but is not limited to, any claims for damages, losses, injuries, or expenses of any kind, whether foreseen or unforeseen, that may arise as a result of the restoration work conducted by the Contractor.
3.3 No Future Claims: The Client agrees not to make any future claims or seek compensation from the Contractor for any issues or damages arising from the restoration work once this Release is executed.
IV. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Contractor from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or related to any breach of this Release by Client.
V. Miscellaneous
5.1 Governing Law: This Release shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [State].
5.2 Entire Agreement: This Release constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions.
