I. Parties Involved

Quality Assurance

• In case of any defects discovered within 30 days of delivery, Party Two shall notify Party One, who will have the responsibility to repair or replace the table at no additional cost.

III. Operational Agreement

Party One and Party Two agree to the terms and conditions mentioned above and commit to fulfilling their duties as outlined in this agreement. Failure to comply may result in legal actions as per the law of the jurisdiction.
