We are seeking a diligent and reliable Busser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area, assisting servers, and ensuring an excellent dining experience for our guests. This role is crucial to our restaurant's operations, providing essential support to both front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
Responsibilities
Clear tables of dishes, utensils, and glassware after guests have finished
Reset tables quickly and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for next guests
Assist servers by refilling drinks, delivering food, and responding to guests
Maintain cleanliness in the dining area
Remove trash and clean restrooms regularly
Stock and replenish service stations with supplies
Assist with food preparation and other kitchen duties as needed
Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy items for extended periods
