Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to lead and oversee our architectural projects. The Architecture Manager will be responsible for managing a team of architects and designers, ensuring the successful execution of projects from conception through completion. Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of architects and designers. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Understand client needs, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
Design Oversight: Ensure that all design work meets aesthetic, functional, and regulatory standards. Review and approve architectural plans and drawings.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all projects comply with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest level of design and construction standards.
Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets. Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures as necessary.
Scheduling: Create and maintain project schedules. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.
