Job Summary/Objective
The Architecture Administrative Assistant will support the architectural team by handling various administrative tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage documentation, schedule appointments, and communicate effectively with clients and team members. The objective is to ensure that all administrative functions are carried out efficiently, contributing to the smooth operation of the architectural projects.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage and organize project documentation, including blueprints, contracts, and permits.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the architectural team.
Facilitate communication between clients, vendors, and the architectural team.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are properly stocked and functioning.
Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings and project updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Minimum of [2] years of administrative experience, preferably in the architecture or construction industry.
