Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Onboarding
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.

2. Employee Relations
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.

Conduct investigations and address employee grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
3. Performance Management
Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
Coordinate performance reviews and provide guidance to managers on employee development.

4. Compliance and Policies
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
5. Compensation and Benefits
Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Provide guidance to employees on benefits enrollment and utilization.
6. Organizational Development

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the architecture or construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of US labor laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience with HRIS systems and payroll software.
