B. Appointment Management

C. Sales and Promotion
Inform clients about current promotions, packages, and new services.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client’s experience and increase sales.
D. Administrative Tasks
Process payments, manage cash transactions, and handle billing inquiries accurately.
Maintain and update client records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of information.
Monitor and manage inventory of spa products and supplies, placing orders as needed.
E. Facility Management
Ensure the reception area and common areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Coordinate with spa therapists and other staff to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
A. Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
B. Experience
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.
C. Technical Skills
