Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data to support decision-making processes.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to the General Manager and management team.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.
Conduct internal audits and implement controls to mitigate financial risks.
Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities as required.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor finance team members, providing guidance and support for professional development.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
Skills:
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
