We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a School Administrator. The School Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, coordinating school events, and supporting staff, students, and parents. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.
Coordinate school events and activities, such as parent-teacher conferences and school assemblies.
Support staff with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and organizing meetings.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about school events and student progress.
Assist with student enrollment, registration, and attendance tracking.
Maintain accurate records and databases related to student and staff information.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting.
