• Detention: After-school or lunchtime detention for repeated or more serious infractions.

• Suspension: Temporary removal from the School for serious or repeated violations.

3.3 Academic Performance

3.3.1 Standards: The Student is required to maintain satisfactory academic progress as determined by the School's academic standards. 3.3.2 Assessment: Academic performance will be assessed regularly through various methods including:

4. Termination of Contract

4.1 Termination by Parent/Guardian

4.2.3 Non-Payment of Tuition: The School reserves the right to terminate this Contract if tuition payments are not made on time.
