Key Responsibilities:

Program Development: Create comprehensive wellness programs that include elements such as exercise routines, nutritional plans, stress management techniques, and lifestyle changes.

Group Workshops and Seminars: Lead workshops and seminars on various wellness topics, such as nutrition, meditation, sleep hygiene, and effective stress management.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Health, Wellness, Nutrition, Fitness, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
Certifications: Certified Wellness Coach from a recognized professional body is highly desirable.
Experience: Minimum of two years in a wellness coaching role, with demonstrated ability to manage comprehensive wellness programs that include exercise, nutrition, and mental health components.
