Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area and throughout the gym.
Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining member records.
Promote additional gym services, classes, and products to enhance the member experience.
Encourage membership renewals and upgrades through effective communication and upselling techniques.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or hospitality is a plus.

Ability to handle financial transactions accurately and responsibly.
