Job Summary:

Financial Management: Assist in budget preparation and financial planning. Oversee expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions to achieve financial objectives.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions with staff to maintain safety standards.
Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional events and special showings that attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Technology and Equipment: Oversee the maintenance and operation of projection and sound equipment, ensuring that all technical aspects of the screening process are flawless.
Inventory Management: Manage inventory for concessions and office supplies. Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained and reorder supplies as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in a management role, ideally in a theater or entertainment setting.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and theater management software.
Physical Requirements:
