I. Job Summary
The Project Manager in Architecture will oversee and manage architectural projects from conception through completion. This role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client requirements.
II. Responsibilities
A. Project Planning
Develop comprehensive project timelines, schedules, and detailed work plans.
Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met.
B. Design Coordination
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to develop project designs and specifications.
Ensure design plans meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
C. Budget Management
Oversee project budgets, controlling costs and ensuring financial efficiency.
Monitor project expenditures and implement cost-saving measures where possible.

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management, preferably within the architecture or construction industry.
Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes.
