We are seeking a friendly and organized Beauty Salon Receptionist for our advanced beauty salon in the heart of the city. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk, greet clients, schedule appointments, and ensure smooth salon operations, providing an exceptional customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients upon arrival |
Answer phone calls and manage appointment bookings |
Offer refreshments to clients and manage the waiting area |
Maintain client records and update appointment schedules |
Process payments using the latest digital payment systems |
Ensure the front desk is tidy and has all the necessary materials |
Address client queries and provide relevant information |
Coordinate with the salon staff to keep operations running smoothly |
Escalate issues to the management team as needed |
Qualifications and Skills
High School diploma or equivalent |
Previous experience in a customer service role |
Proficiency with scheduling and payment software |
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills |
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail |

Reporting Line
The individual serving in the position of Beauty Salon Receptionist will be responsible for providing regular updates, submitting reports, and communicating pertinent information directly to the person holding the title of Salon Manager.

Monday to Friday: | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM |
Saturday: | 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM |
Sunday: | Closed |
