Idaho Release of Liability
THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY ("Release") is made on this 27th day of September 2055 by [YOUR COMPANY NAME], herein referred to as "Releasor," located at [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS], for the benefit of Gino Rohan ("Releasee").
1. DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY

In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Activity, the undersigned, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, executors, and assigns, hereby releases and forever discharges the Releasee from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from participation in the Activity, whether caused by negligence, wrongful conduct, or otherwise.
4. INDEMNIFICATION
The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasee from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including attorney's fees, that may arise from their participation in the Activity, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
5. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Release is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
6. GOVERNING LAW
This Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho.
7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Release constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
