PROFESSIONAL FIVERR CONTRACT

Scope of Work
The Seller agrees to create a custom logo for the Buyer’s tech startup, ensuring high-quality, professional, and creative design aligned with the Buyer’s brand identity and requirements.
Specific Deliverables:
Initial Concepts: Two unique logo design concepts presented to the Buyer for review and selection.
Final Deliverables: The selected logo design provided in multiple file formats:
High-resolution raster formats: PNG (transparent background) and JPEG (for digital use).
Vector formats: AI and EPS (scalable for print and other uses).
PDF format for compatibility across platforms.
Design Features:
Modern, clean, and minimalistic design.
Incorporation of Buyer’s specific preferences for color palette and style.
Adaptability for digital and print media, including website headers, social media, and merchandise.
Ownership: Commercial usage rights for the logo, granting full ownership to the Buyer upon final payment.

Timeline
Start Date: November 20, 2054
Completion Date: November 23, 2054
Milestones:
Concept Presentation (November 21, 2054): The Seller will deliver two initial logo concepts for Buyer review.
Revisions (November 22, 2054): Incorporation of feedback into the selected design.
Final Delivery (November 23, 2054): Delivery of all files in agreed formats after revisions.
The timeline is contingent on the Buyer providing all necessary inputs, such as the company name, tagline, color preferences, and any reference materials, by November 20, 2054. Delays in Buyer responses may impact the delivery date.
Payment Terms
Total Payment Amount: $150
Payment Process: Payment will be handled entirely through Fiverr’s secure platform. The Seller will begin work once Fiverr confirms the payment.
Additional Costs:
Extra revisions beyond the agreed number (3 revisions): $15 per revision.
Add-on services, such as detailed brand guidelines or additional concepts, will incur separate fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon in Fiverr messages before proceeding.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Full refunds are available only if work has not commenced.
Partial refunds are available for incomplete work, subject to Fiverr’s dispute resolution policies.
No refunds will be issued after the delivery of final files.
Revisions
The Buyer is entitled to up to 3 rounds of revisions for the selected logo concept. Revisions include adjustments to colors, fonts, or minor design elements. Major changes, such as creating a new concept, will be treated as a separate service and billed accordingly.
Intellectual Property Rights
Upon completion of the project and final payment, the Buyer will receive full intellectual property rights to the final logo.
The Seller retains the right to showcase the project in their portfolio or promotional materials unless the Buyer requests otherwise in writing before project completion.
Confidentiality
The Seller agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any information shared by the Buyer, including business strategies, branding guidelines, and proprietary details. The Seller will not disclose or use this information for any purpose outside of this project.
Communication
All communication must be conducted through Fiverr’s messaging system to ensure compliance with Fiverr’s terms of service and to maintain a record of project discussions.
Termination
Either party may terminate the project through Fiverr’s cancellation process.
In case of cancellation, any work completed up to that point will be delivered to the Buyer, and partial refunds will be issued as per Fiverr’s terms.
Dispute Resolution
Both parties agree to resolve disputes using Fiverr’s internal dispute resolution system. The decision by Fiverr moderators will be considered final and binding.
Additional Terms
The Seller will deliver the project in a professional manner and ensure high-quality outputs.
The Buyer must provide timely feedback and responses to ensure project completion within the agreed timeline.
Any delay caused by the Buyer’s failure to provide necessary inputs or feedback will not hold the Seller accountable for missed deadlines.
Acceptance
By proceeding with this project, both the Buyer and Seller acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this contract, as well as Fiverr’s general terms of service.
